Kandy has been with National Hospice Management for 14 years. A registered nurse by profession, she has advanced through the organization while continuing to expand her education and knowledge of hospice care.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, Kandy brings a balanced combination of clinical expertise and business leadership. Her background supports the CEO’s vision for delivering exceptional patient care and enhancing quality of life for those served.

Kandy has a strong passion for educating others and raising awareness about the importance of hospice services. She is actively involved in her community, serving as a Galesburg Chamber Ambassador, Monmouth Illinois Rotarian, and Western Illinois Fatality Review Committee Member. She also serves as a National Hospice Partnership Foundation Board Member, NHPCO Member, and holds Wound Nurse Certification and ELNEC Certification.
